This should put it to rest for some of you who have emailed me lately claiming that 'yes, there were WMD.'

Today on NBC News, while discussing former press sec'y Scott McClellan's scathing book about the Bush administration's manipulation of the public and the admin's dishonesty, White House Insider DAN BARTLETT SAID (direct quote):

"The Weapons of Mass Destruction weren't there."

That should put it THAT issue to rest.

My question: Now that ANOTHER key figure--McClellan, press sec'y for 3 years, has written a book laying out a lot of lies that were going on inside the White House, do you think those who refuse to believe Bush was lying will now believe it?

  1. He admits he's a liar and he has a book to sell.

Let him be the father of your children, if you trust him so much, but don't try to sell this c**p to us.

    We're not gullible liberals.

P.S.  1.1 million Kurds believe that he had WMD's.

    (Think THAT'S funny too?)

  2. They will not admit to believing it. Bush loyalists have developed a siege mentality. They can't admit to themselves that they were so wrong in electing him for a second term, so they will plug their ears, hold their breath and defend the indefensible until he is out of office.

  3. Hey to sell a book and make a fortune a politician would sell his mother

  4. Nope.

You people will believe anything if it against the current administration, and apparently you think that this losers book is all the proof anyone needs.

    Wrongo.

    EDIT: Well respected insiders?

Since when did anyone that thinks this administration has done nothing but lie respect  McClellen, the mouthpiece of the same administration you all hate?

So now he wrote an "expose" about the Whitehouse, and suddenly he is respected. Unbelievable.

  5. nah, they won't...they're good little Germans.

  6. I think I have little respect for the man to write such a book about a sitting President at this particular time when America has so many problems and is at war.It may be true it may not all be true but it was the wrong timing and can only hurt us in ways we will not understand until too late.Just like all the Clinton bashing like none of you are guilty of anything.Just one more reason to degrade America.
