  1. i doubt if he will end up in GB more than likely he will end up in Minnesota or even Chicago  even thpought they say the don't need a qb..my op[inion any qb is better than groosman

  2. Well i personally believe the best fit for him is Minnesota but i still feel that the packers arent willing to do that....If not them i believe it will be the Bucs or Jets....out of those two i think the Bucs could use him more but im not sure he would choose them out of the two.

  3. The fact that Favre shows no interest in the Bucs, the Jets, and Chicago and likes to hang out with his buddy Bevell in Minnesota...Packers want the Jets...Favre says no, Favre wants Minnesota (It's frickin obvious) but the Management says no....this will end soon....but Favre will get the best of it...because he doesn't quit and you can tell the Packers management is about to give in..Tomorrow Favre signs a 2 year deal with Minnesota for a 2nd and 5th round draft pick

  4. minnesota

    i hope now

  5. I think it's going to be a moog point because ESPN is reporting that Favre is leaning toward taking the Packers $20 million offer and stay retired.

  6. In the Training Room thanks to the Madden Curse!

  7. He should end up with GB.

Sorry, I don't get this. Is the man under contract or not (rhetorical).  Give him his pads and let him compete.  If he outplays Rodgers, so be it.  If not, he can sit his red-neck *** on the bench or retire.  But, if I'm management, he plays for me or goes fishing.

  8. he will stay retired

  9. if he has any sense , he'll pack up and quit while he's ahead and not go down like the other old timers do. Let the kids play while they still have some youth left.

  10. i wish detroit lol but he'll prolly go to minnesota

  11. He will end up on the jets

  12. At this point, if I'm the Packers...I have Favre on the bench holding the clipboard.  But, have him ready to go in case Rodgers falls flat on his face or gets injured.  And I wouldn't pull Rodgers at the first possible chance, let him get into the swing of things.  Everyone's waiting for Rodgers to fail and I would give him the chance to succeed.

I'd also tell Favre that he needs to diffuse the media circus and do everything possible to be supportive and work with Rodgers.  If he doesn't, I suspend him and send him home.

  13. I just read on ESPN that he is now reinstated.

    Hopefully it'll be the Vikings.

  14. i say chicago

  15. Favre hasn't been officially reinstated yet. The commish is waiting until monday to rule.

  16. They should put him on the bench.  No way do they release him since he will sign with the Vikings probably the same day.  If they start him Rodgers is sure to leave when his contract is up and when Farve retires again next year they will be without a QB.

  17. I have no idea, but I hope this ends because I am so sick of constantly hearing about Favre

  18. One, this will end because the Packers can't take this PR hit much longer.  It is already going to be years before people stop saying, remember when.

Second, I believe that Green Bay has only one option out of this.  They have to play Favre.  To trade him, even now, it would be a division rival and that kind of PR hit would destroy them.  The media would tear them apart for that choice.  They and many fans would not understand why a team would turn down a 3 time MVP for a quarterback with no NFL starts who has only been described as steady or solid.  But it will all depend on Family Night.

If Aaron Rodgers blows the crowds away and plays spectacularly, the tune will change and faith will be put in Rodgers and the decision to 86 Favre as the starter.  Then a trade to the Vikings may happen, since the Bears have shown they have no interest.  If Rodgers does not do well, fails, or even gets injured, Packers may be able to save face by saying they will let Favre compete for the job based on them needing to infuse their offense.  Just a thought.
