Does this increase your chances of voting for Barack Obama?

NOTE: I am not actually Joe Biden. But I really like him and will vote for Obama because he is the VP choice.

  4. No. Generally, people don't vote for VP candidates; they vote based on who is at the top of the ticket.  Biden would add an "experience" factor to the ticket, but that's about it.
