  1. If you purchased another vehicle to replace the one you sold, you can transfer those to the new vehicle. If you didn't, you don't really need to do anything with them. I wouldn't suggest throwing them in the trash though cause if they haven't expired, someone may take them and put them on their car. May want to check with the DMV in your area and see what they suggest.


  2. Make a birdhouse or a cute purse (tags don't transfer in Texas)

  3. return them to your local DMV, and get the form that needs to be faxed to your insurance company, to effectivly remove the car from your responsibility

  4. You return them to your local DMV office, and report that you sold the car. Reporting the sale is very important!

  8. well if they are good you can transfer to new car at dmv if you dont have new car to put them on you either turn them in or bent them and throw them away

  9. In Florida-the DMV told me there was a charge to turn them in, so I hung them in the garage!
