  2. Obama is a shrewd politician, he won't underestimate McCain's VP.

    I'm sure his think tank, campaign machine is already devising counter moves to put the spotlight back on Obama. Perhaps some more elaborate production speeches, or fireworks - maybe even another visit to Europe for more photo ops.
