Now that QotS are out of Europe, and lieing in 4th will they mount a serious challenge on division 1?

  1. linzi, i agree with you about mccall, but then i've been traumatised by his tenure at tannadice.  SAFC, he is a fine FIRST DIVISION manager (as he proved at Falkirk) but I think lacks the nous to step up to the Premier League.  Gordon j**m, on the other hand, seems to have a better work ethic, better tactical awareness and, I think, better experience.  whether that means QOS can mount a serious title challenge remains to be seen.  I reckon the first division remains the best contest in Britain with Dundee, Thistle, QOS, Dunfermline, Livi and, despite the dodgy start, St Johnstone all in contention.

  7. no, Queens have not got the fan generated income, nor have they the youth system to keep a mounted challenge. The money they earned last year in the cup run is all but soent on a few players who havent really sparked, it is early days there though.

    Thistle might do well, just depends on the games against Dundee, and i think Ross County might have a sting in thier tail for my team. I have Dundee to win it with Thistle second,
