Now that council tax is going ot be abolished in scotland, how are they going to pay for things?

No you will pay 3p for every pound that you earn to the local council instead so the amount of income tax that pay will go up but you will not get a council tax bill.

This means if you have a large house and a small income you will be better off but if you have a large income and a small house you would be worse off
