  1. We eat : french, chinese, indian, vietnamese, italian, marrocan, etc etc...

and we don't eat pigeon lol

it's just to impress tourist in the high cuisine restaurant looool

  2. The largest group to have come to France is people of North African origin.

To the extent that they continue to eat the cuisine of their native lands they eat couscous, tagines, other dishes common to North Africa.

Since most are Muslims they eat food that is "halal" that is to say, food which meets the dietary restrictions imposed on Muslims by their religion. Thus they are forbidden from consuming pork, alcohol, blood, fish without scales, etc etc.

North African food is most commonly spiced with cinnamon, cumin, ginger, fennel, thyme and turmeric.

Almonds, dried fruits, eggplant, tomatoes, and sweet potatoes are used. Grains and legumes like lentils, rice, pasta, couscous, chick peas and fava are also prevalent.

Lamb, chicken and pigeon are the common sources of animal protein.

  3. You've already gotten some good answers. I just wanted to point out that France has been a crossroads, where many different cultures have met and mixed, for centuries if not millennia. It's hardly a recent development, contrary to what your choice of words ("Now that other cultures have moved into France") would imply.

  4. Any of the previous (or current) French colonies cuisines have become fairly common in the French kitchen. Vietnamese, Algerian, Morroccan, etc.
