Now that the Detroit Tigers have tanked, do you........?

Question

think they will move Kenny Rogers (he's 43), Nate Robertson and or Jason Verlander, who totally lost it this year? Will they obtain a hitting catcher? I'm a big fan of Inge-he just can't hit. Excellent 3B though.

They are gonna trade rogers to a winning team for a young hitter, I am thinking they might trade him to mets for ramon casto, and the mets will put him in the bullpen, then they will take division

I am sure the gambler will be gone after this year(and maybe sooner if he could clear wavers). I doubt they write off Robertson or Verlander, nobody on that team is having a good year. And with the extreme shortage of good catchers now a days, you might see Inge behind the plate next year. I personally like Inge, the way he plays and his willingness/talent to be plugged into just about any position.

I'm the most disappointed in them The Tigers have really dug themselves out of a Hole get out of, I said to you guys in April when they went 0-15 that they would be Irreverent, Now its August You Tiger Fans better off call for the Firing of Leyland as well as Getting rid of Sheffield, Kenny Rogers, Verlander, Ordonez, Dontrelle Willis, and Miguel Cabrera, Face It This was a Bad Idea Detroit.

This is worse then the Yankees and The Athletics You guys went 0-15 to start off the Season you can't start off that Bad and Except to make the playoffs, If they do comeback start off Better in 2009, because 2008 is a joke for the Detroit Tigers.

Cant trade verlander unless your blown away by the offer. Rogers can be traded for young talent,Robertson too, if they can get something for him. I see a shake up this off season but not a sell off, still good young pieces to be there next year

I believe they will trade Rogers or do something with him...however Robertson and Justin Verlander are two of their best young pitchers and our the future of the franchise to get rid of Verlander would be the worst move for them right now.....Inge is ok for the rest of the season, however at the end of the season during the free agent period we need to get a new catcher because that area can has much room for improvement.....but getting rid of Verlander or Robertson is idiotic and they are just goin through a slump year that every player goes through however Rogers is just far past his prime and needs to go

They should try to trade Rogers, Robertson or both, for young pitchers. They should also try to shop Sheffield. Verlander's having an off-year. He'll be a legend someday.

The Tigers almost have to totally rebuild after this disaster of a season.  Alot of the older stars will be gone within the next few seasons.  Verlander is a keeper.  His season this year just symbolizes what kind of year it has been for the Tigers.  He is still a legit #1 starter in MLB.  I'm sorry but Robertson is probably going to go down as a 1 year wonder from his season in 2006.  He has never impressed me whether it's against the White Sox or against any other team on ESPN or Fox.

Rogers yeah Robertson maybe and Verlander nooo! hes a young guy he had one bad year and one great one but he shouldn't be traded away just because of that. next year he might be a cy candidate
