Strange that when things are good it's down to New Labour but when things are bad it's due to international events.

You can't believe anything they say, not since the Blair/Campbell days. They tell utter lies; they say they reduced the lowest rate of income tax from 22% to 20%, when in fact they've doubled the lowest rate from 10% to 20%.

They claim NI contributions went up by 1%, when in fact the jump from 10% to 11% meant a 10% increase in our payments.
