Now that the deer have eaten the potato tops, will I still get potatoes?

The tops were about 12" above the top of the hill. There were no flowers or flower buds, that I could see.

If the potatoes were already pretty far ahead in their growth cycle, you will get some. If not, any you are able to harvest will be very small.
