  1. They should, but won't.  Baby Steinbrenner runs the show and wants to keep fans in the seats, even if it hurts the Yankees chances in the long run.


  2. I refuse to believe that we are out of playoffs until we are mathematically eliminated.

    Right now, they won't let the young guns pitch for that reason: they have to appear as though they still believe. Many are assuming, what with Hank's recent comments, that they don't believe the Yankees can make it anymore, but they've got an appearance to uphold.

    If the Yankees are eliminated from playoffs, they've got to get those two pitching. They've got to pitch after the season is over. They need to log as many innings and pitches as possible. We need them to be ready next year.

    They've got to get through their growing pains this year.

  3. From the mouth of a famous Yankee "it isn't over until it's over." The season isn't officially done yet therefore the Yankees are not out of it yet. They can turn it around. A real Yankee fan keeps watching and supporting their tea. GO YANKEES
