Now that token booth clerks in NYC have no work to do, what the heck do they do all day?

There are no more tokens, and the clerks no longer even dispense MetroCards. So what do they do all day?

You can still go to a clerk and add money onto your card and I guess they are there for security, information and emergencies, if the machines that do dispense cards and add value stop working.
