  1. Traffic levels aren't the same. It's just that all the road works everywhere are slowing us down and causing traffic jams. The traffic jams then back up due to idiots who enter a junction when the exit from the junction isn't clear and the roads get congested. As for the "privilege or driving through London", yeah, why not? The majority of motorists in London are selfish and lazy. You don't need a car to get around London. Get in a bike. You'll get fit as well as reaching your destination in half the time.


  2. You're paying money so government employees can work even less and make even more money.  I thought that was obvious ;)
