Nstar 4GB mp3 watch help

Question

I have just purchased an Nstar 4GB mp3 super-slim watch. Problem is the instructions are in chinese-english and don't appear to correlate with my watch. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to do a simple voice recording without success and can't play any mp3 files I have downloaded onto it. If someone can walk me though step-by-step how to use my watch for the purposes it is intened for I would be forever thankful.
