Nu-Tec parental lock

Hi There,I bought my Nu-Tec about 6 years ago & don't have the manual anymore. Somehow I locked the TV via the remote. My TV does not have a re-set button & I tried the menu button on remote & volume down on TV, menu button on TV & zero on remote but have had no success. Please help
