I know nude beaches are pretty normal in most of the world, but are they family friendly? Do people really bring their families or is it usually only adults? THANKS!

  1. People often bring families to nude beaches.  It's good to teach your children that the human body is not necessarily sexual and they can learn to be confident in their own skin.  Once you remove the NAKED = s*x part of the deal, kids can handle nudity.

It's no big deal and people are more themselves.  Anyway, nude beaches have the most polite, respectful, and wonderful people I've ever met.

  2. Brazil, Praia do Abricó is a beach that is family friendly for anyone who wants to go nude. The rest of these beaches are for adults only although many teenagers will go to these as well.

    Montalivet, France

    Ocho Rios, Jamaica

    Wreck Beach, British Columbia

    Samurai Beach, Australia

    Hedonism II, Jamaica

    Praia do Pinho, Brazil

    Red Beach, Greece

    Haulover Beach, Florida

    Little Beach, Hawaii

  3. No, most nude beaches are not adults only.  However, you may want to go first with your husband to try it out.  Some nude beaches have sections that are seedier than others.  Haulover Beach in Miami is pretty good, but I not sure if I would want my children on the far north part of the beach.  This is the g*y portion that has a "meat-market" type atmosphere.  Most nude resorts tend to be family friendly also.

  4. well its only for adults , if u have kids don't take them with you leave them to a babysitter :P

  5. I've been to a couple nude beaches and there have been kids there and it is a very appropriate setting for them

going to a nude beach isn't as weird as it may sound, once you get there and everyone is nude you realize it's no different then any other beach in every possible way, just clothing isn't required

nudity is good for kids, it may not fit puritanical values, but the idea of covering part of the body at all times introduces shame

  6. I've only been to nude/clothing-optional clubs and beaches in the US. I've been to roughly 15 or so, some many times, others only once. There have been children at every one of them I visited except one, and that was just because there happened to be no one there that day with kids present. Kids ages have ranged from newborns to 18 year olds. I find boys and girls equally represented through most age ranges, although lately I have encountered more teen girls there with their families than I have teen boys. I won't say that every club or beach I've visited had a lot of families with kids, but it's fairly common, especially on weekends.

There are clubs and resorts that are adult only. I've never been to one. I can't speak as to how lewd (or not) they might be, but as for the clubs and beaches I've been to I can safely say they are very family friendly and very safe for kids.

  7. Nude beaches are family environments.

We see families at the beaches we go to quite often.

    Kids have a great time.

  8. if you have kids.. why would you even want to bring em are you stupid?
