Number for Classic Closeouts?

Question

I purchased some items from this website several months ago, returned them and they have yet to credit credit card account for the amount returned. I had ordered from them previously and had no problems (likely because I did not return anything). I searched online for a number and found a number that goes to a voice mail and I have yet to receive a call back!

I found this number for Classic Closeouts: 1-516-371-1123

But when I Googled the name, I found a ton of dissatisfied customers who ran into problems similar to you.  I hope you can get your problem resolved, but the signs aren't good.
