Numerous clothing items were stolen from my automobile outside of my apartment what should I do?

File a police report and insurance claim if you want to claim the items.

It's just gone sweetie.  Insurance companies do not cover "loose" items in a car.

The fact that you left that much in a vehicle is why it was stolen.

If you have renter's insurance you can file a claim after you have made a police report. The apartment association is not responsible.

You are not supposed to leave items on display ( that is on  your front or back seat).

However if they were stolen from the boot then you may be able to claim from your house insurance.

You will have to make a report to the police to get a claim number.

Check your policy to see if you are covered for items outside the house.
