i have applied for a nursery placment for my four and half year old girl. i have been informed there is 1 place available. i understand i am eligible for 2 and half hours per session free as she is a pre schooler, does this mean if i pay for the other sessions she can stay in nursery for a couple full days rather than 5 two and half housr sessions?

  1. The nursery which i work in will charge for additional hours attended. It can become quite confusing but a long chat with the manager will usually help you to see things more clearly.

  2. I worked in a nursery school just recently, and as far  as I know you can have any hours you wish, as long as the nursery has the places available. You pay for any extra on top of the free sessions yourself
