Nurses NANDA diagnosis skills check?

If a child says that the definiotion of health is to eat good food, what 3 part NANDA diagnosis from Domain 1 (health promotion) would you use?, What is a measurable goal?

Impaired knowledge r/t age limitation AEB "I eat only good food." (good food to this child could be chips, pizza, not necessarily nutritional and healthy.)

You are promoting health of this child by educating him/her on what actual "good food" is--nutritionally sound.  

Goal would be that child will be able to pick the best choice of food out of a given list.  EX: you give the child a bag of chips (1 oz size), a fruit roll up, and a go-gurt.  Have the child choose the best snack based on what you have taught.  

Child will be able to identify best food option from given options with compentency by 2/17/2009.
