Hello to you.  I am not a Dr.  but I do have a friend that suffered through Polio in the early 50's ( so actually older than you are ).   He received surgery on one of his legs 15 or so years ago.   He just recently - in May - had surgery on his other leg and it has been successful.  So, from a Polio survivors experience...  Yes,  you can have corrective surgery on your limbs.
