Nursing Cake Ideas?

Hello I need some ideas for a nursing celebration cake? It is also going to be a pool party, and if it helps we just finished the Labor and Delivery class. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

a giant needle. creepy but kinda neat. or the cliche nurses hat from the 40's or something with the red cross on the front. that would be cute.

I think a baby, wrapped in a pink or blue blanket, would be cute .......or a white nurse's hat .....  If you want to make it yourself, the hat would be easiest.  Make 2 layers; put a small layer of frosting (or jelly) between them and freeze it.  Then you can "sculpt" the hat with a knife while it's frozen...and frost
