Nursing cat with fleas used the stuff that you pot on neck HELP?

IM SO SCARED. whats gona happen to my kittens cuz we gave there mom the stuff you rub on there neck like 36 hours ago & then she got into the rooms with the kittens, who are 8 weeks btw & they NURSED !? not for long only like 5 minutres maybe i pulled them off right away HOW BAD IS THIS . dont be over dramatic just to make me panic please be nice . :( what do i do i cant take them all to the vet i dont have alot of money as much i love them i just cant afford it

It all depends on what you used on the mom cat.  If you used Advantage or Frontline, those are perfectly safe to use on nursing and pregnant moms.  If you used one of the Hartz products, those are not safe to use EVER.  

And it's time to get an appointment to get mom spayed so that you don't have to deal with more kittens.

PS - it's safe to use on the kittens from 2 days old (Regular Frontline) and 8 Weeks (Frontline Plus) so either way you're good.

they should be fine! just keep an eye on them for the next 24 hours to be safe. although if anything was going to happen to the kittens it would of already happened by now.

well the fleas aren't expected to die straight away so its nothing bad so no need to worry maybe u should go to your local pet store and they can give you some more advice but don't worry about your kittens they will be fine
