I am taking a glass of calamansi juice without sugar first thing when I get up in the morning.  Then followed by a glass of water 30 min before breakfast.  I heard from a friend that it hastens the metabolic processes in our body.  I strongly recommend this to those who would want to lose weight.  It is working pretty well in me.
