Nutrilite double x and other vitamins going bad? 10 points!?

okay so i have te nutrilite thing and im taking vitamins everyday so that i can be healthier

anyways, my mom threw it away because she thought they went bad becuase the package was open for a while

does that matter

the realy exp date is december

how about other vitamins? do those stuff go baddd or whatt
