I am 14 and worried my b*****s have stopped growing. I have had my period for 1 1/2 years. I think I have stopped growing in height and worried I have stopped growing in my chest. Im 34A, my mother is 34C-D. My diet is pretty lame, does that really affect breast growth?

heres what I eat basically everyday

breakfast: cereal-frosted flakes or rice crispies

OR

Peanut butter and Jam Sandwich (whole wheat)

OR

blueberry bagel with cream cheese

with orange juice

lunch

typically a sandwich of some kind, ham, ballonni, peanut butter and jam

i will also have a yogurt and lots of fruit

for dinner I eat pasta A LOT, sometimes I will have meat but rarely

thats my wonderful diet....i NEVER have vegies

am i screwed?

i should probably start eating better, eh?

  1. listen, it's too early in your life to say that you've stopped growing ...in all areas.

I mean, 14!? Come on, wait till u wake up one morning when ur 16 years and u see these amazing b***s on u.

haha. no, really, a girl can develop real quickly over  a period of just weeks.

and sure, food can affect growth but it seems like ur eating pretty good, u know, lots of grain and fruit in there.

you're only 14, buddy. i know it's hard not to compare yourself to other girls your age who are well developed, but don't sweat it. every one has their own pace, right.

by the end of high school, you'll be looking great in a v-cut prom dress!

    : )

oh, and the only thing wrong with your diet is that u need to pencil in to indulge in a great big hot fudge sundae with whipped cream!! always good for the soul. ^ ^

(thanks 4 answering my Q earlier. appreciate it)

  2. Well girls dont stop growing at age 14, Usually around Early 20's you stop. If your really skinny then you need to gain SOME weight to see a breast size increase, Since your b*****s are just skin and fat.

  3. At 14, your breast (and the rest of you) haven't stopped growing.

There's really nothing wrong with your diet - you just need to be patient. Girls generally aren't fully grown until they are 16 or 17. An as you get older and gain more weight, your breast will grow again.

Be patient. You are a work in progress,
