Can anyone tell me where to find the nutrition information for a Large Chipotle Roast beef sandwich from Togo's? Their website does not list nutrition information. I just need to know the calories and protein. Thank you.

If they don't supply the info, they don't want you to know it. If you really want to know, break down the ingredients and research them individually. The beef list is standard--cholesterol, saturated fats, protein etc. Then do the bread. Most of this general info is online.

Dottie's weight loss zone has tons of restaurants and many nutritional values lists.  However, many lists don't include limited time menu items or special features.  And don't expect to find nut. values on really unhealthy stuff, Dottie steers clear of those completely...

The best way to track your special item is to find something very similar and add or take away calories according to what is on the sandwich.
