  1. lamb and beef  fish milk soymilk(98%fat free)   all kinds of beans yogurt(98% fat free) these are health food and which have a lot of protein and also would never make u fat unless u eat too much

  2. turkey, fish, tuna, low fat shaved ham, chicken breast

  3. HEALTHY sources of protein: beans,lentils,chick peas,soy,tofu,veggie meats,nuts,and certified-organic dairy products.

Dark leafy greens are carrots are very good for you. Brccoli too. Blueberries, acai, strawberries, and citrus are some of the best raw fruits.

  4. beans: adzuki, butter, chickpeas, pinto, baked, flaggio, infact any.

  5. you should have multi coloured veggies as each colour has certain nutrients. so have red, orane, green, yellow etc. you should try and have 900 gms of veggies a day. juuice them if u want them raw. or have soups.

you can either have 3 egg whtes and 1 egg yolk or 6 egg whites. the other souce is low fat cottage cheese. this is a super hit recipe, which everyone loves! Panner delight (cottage cheese)- heat a little olive oil. put cumin seeds if u have. saute onions. add 2 tbsp of ketchup. add chilli powder. put low-fat cottage cheese cubes. let it all blend.

  6. hi, brian.

Greatest source of nature protein are chicken chests and whites of eggs.

If everything with your diet is OK than you can out the yolk, but it is your smallest problem if other aspects of your diet aren't good.

Red meat has protein and creatine, which give energy during your training, but it has more fats than chicken meat.

All kind of veggies are good. Take what you have, but escape to bake them, just boil or eat raw.

My advice is to take bad food if you do it with your breakfast and leave most of the veggies for your last meal.

Actually you should most of all keep an eye your carbohydrates, because they are the greatest enemy of weight loss. I have two articles for you below.

It is good that you do exercises. This means that if again you have junk food, you can take it after training.

I will tell you that is good to keep your junk food for breakfast and after-training meal, and keep your healthy food for the rest of the day.

I hope you are going to do it:)
