Does anyone know anything about nutritional anthropology?? What exactly would someone do for everyday work? How much money is in it? Is it hard to find a job? What kind of college degree is needed usually? If anyone can answer any of these questions than thank you so much.

  1. It involves studies of different ethnic groups to see how they would react to certain food.  Its usefull because we could understand why people eat what they eat and how it reacts to thier bodies.

  2. It's my opinion that all nutritionists/dieticians should frame their work in terms of anthropology.  If you have an understanding of the different culture attitudes towards food, you will be better able to counsel a wide range of individuals.  So, if you have an interest in nutrition and working with people, I would highly recommend pursuing this field.

  3. You could apply for a job at a Museum cafeteria...
