  1. "Bibimbap" (= "mixed" + "rice")

I'm not sure where emsky_19 got  his/her numbers from, but this is tricky to say because bibimbap is made differently with different ingredients in every home and restaurant. Some have meat as well which would increase the fat content amongst other things (I always eat mine without meat and with tofu if it is an option).

CalorieKing's Calorie Counter has the nutritional facts for bibimbap with vegetables and beef on rice:

    http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calorie...

Even better is this recipe which lists its nutritional information at the bottom:

    http://www.relishmag.com/recipes/view/34... Ca

    Per serving: 455 calories, 11g fat, 23g prot., 67g carbs., 4g fiber, 380mg sodium

  2. give me 3 days

  3. I hope this right but I think that 1 cup of bibimbap has:

    Calories - 560 Kilojoules - 2341

    Total fats - 15g

    Saturated fat - 4g

    Cholesterol - 20mg

    Sodium - 264mg

    Total Carbs - 89g

    Dietary Fiber - 4g

    Sugars - 2g

    Calcium - 83mg

    Protein - 18g

    Potassium - 572mg

    Hope this helps you,

    Bye

  4. Plane ticket to Korea - $750

    Cooking school - $25,000

BS in Nutrition from a local University - $75,000

Knowing the Nutritional Value of "bibimba" -  PRICELESS!

Just enjoy it while you can.
