Question

When I connect my nuvi to my PC via USB connector to charge the battery, the opening splash screen image freezes and stays that way until I disconnect the USB cable.Also when I charge the unit using an AC adaptor, the screen again freezes but can only be unfrozen by pressing the nuvi Reset button.Any adviced welcome.Many thanks,David707
