  1. you can buy a firearm in any state, you just have to give them a signed copy of a dealer in your home state, and the firearm will be shipped direct to them, then you do the paperwork in your own state, pay a small paperwork fee (usually around $25.00) and take it home.

    After I got out of the firearm business and turned in my FFL, I just went to a local dealer that I know and obtained a couple of copies of his license which I keep in my wallet, just in case I come across a good deal when out of state.

  3. I don't know but kudos to you for being a Nevada resident... I was born and raised here.  

  4. You can pick it out and pay for it, but it can not be transferred directly to you.  It must be shipped to a FFL in NV where you must go to have it transferred to you in accordance with NV law for waiting period, background check, etc.
