Nvidia Geforce 9800 X2 or Ati Radeon Hd 4870 X2?

Ok so Im building my own pc. So I want a good video card, obviously the two i listed in the title are good. But I want the one that would be the bang for my buck. What one would be the best or the cheapest?

The 4870X2 is the baddest card in the land. If you want the best performance, and have the cash, definitely go for that.

the 4870 x2 is officially the fastest card as of now and best of all the drivers are still premature. this means that performance is going to get way better. it  even beats nvidia's monster card, the gtx 280. i think it should prevent the need for an upgrade for atleast 5-10 years.

The 4870X2, hands down. It competes with the current nVidia flagship, while the 9800X2 is nVidia's previous generation flagship. The Ati has HUGE bang for buck!
