Nx6120 with 2GB ram is slow HELP!?

My HP nx6120 is getting a little slow,it has a 2GB Ram but still its getting a little slow.

Maybe you need to format..?

What exactly are you trying to do and its slow.

a lot of factors can make your computer slow including viruses/spyware/strong antiviruses etc

start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk cleanup. click each box it gives you

start, control panel, internet options

browsing history, settings, disk space change to 50, ok

browsing history, delete, delete all, close

google startup cpl < will help you manage auto start up programs turn off stuf you do not need.

go to download.com and get spybot
