If you're not comfortable with it, tell him to stop and explain why. If he doesn't get why you're uncomfortable, have a word with your parents.

Normally I think that is now siblings and parents bond with their children. Maybe this is his way of doing that with you.  On the other hand if it makes you feel uncomfortable then tell him.
