how many people are allowed to live in a three bedroom apt in new york city?

Hmmm. I'm not sure they really keep track.  One person's name would be on the lease.  As long as it didn't get ridiculous, maybe there wouldn't be a problem.

A 3-bedroom apartment is so expensive that people who could afford it to begin with probably wouldn't need to cram it full of people.
