Nylon Subscription problem?

I sent a payment via mail for my Nylon subscription almost 3 months ago and have heard nothing from them except a letter telling me to send the payment "We know you must be busy and all.." And anytime I try to contact them, I fill out the form, write what I need to say but it refuses to send it because my email is 'invalid". has anyone else had subscription problems? If so, what should I do?? And so now is my credit card number floating around? It said it would take 6-8 weeks for the first issue. And I know I sent it close to 3 months ago, because I sent it the week before my birthday [ jan 20]

  1. First of all I would check with your credit card company to see if they have ever charged the cost of the subscription to your account.  If they haven't then they may have never received the payment.
