Nytol sleeping tablet?

hi im 14.

i have problems sleeping

and want to take nytol i have it with me now

i am scared to take it because its for adults

but yeah so is everythink else

will it be okay please help

its only a sleeping tablet

and i will only take one :)

The active ingredient is generic benedryal.  It wont hurt you.
