O.k. here's the deal. In Dublin, How can I pick a bloke up?

At a club or something? I am not tall, I am not thin (but definitely not fat). As for looks, well I am not old (in my twenties) but not the best-looking girl out there. I live in Dublin, but am from the states. Want to pick up an irish, british or so on (I'm not into the new immigrants-I want an English speaker)

guy for fun, preferably young to 30's. Since I'm not exotic, tall, and so on, what chance do I have?

That depends on what you want him for. If you're looking for a keeper, don't bother with Dubliners, look for a country boy, they treat a girl a bit better. If you're just looking for someone to have a good time with, fire away - wear a short skirt and show lots of cleavage, works like a charm.

little to none with out a bit of confidence sweety!  first you need to hold your head up high and realize what you ARE working with, not what you're not working with!  

from there don't go searching! go out, have some fun, BE CONFIDENT and it'll happen!   but for god sakes you gotta like you before you can like someone else!  

so from now on you're young, good looking and have the world to offer any guy whose lucky enough to grab your eye! beleive me! they'll start rolling in!

You have as much chance as any other lass to pick up a guy.  It's all about attitude and body confidence. If you hold yourself high, and exude confidence, guys will pick up on that.  Yes, physical looks are important, but an agreeable personality and positive attitude will also carry you far.  I have seen many a beautiful girl, but unfortunately they have crappy attitudes and could pick up a guy, but never keep him for very long. Conversely, I have seen average looking girls pick up AND keep guys simply because they had good personalities.  So I would say, you have as much chance as any girl, if you present yourself with confidence!
