  1. this will make you not to want to eat meat ever again.

also, if you're having trouble with becoming one, check out some vegetarian recipes that sound appetizing. u may find that you like them.

another thing you can do is take your favorite recipes/meals, and wherever it calls for meat, use a meat alternative, or a veggie substitute.

    hope this helps

  2. Go to a vegetarian restaurant.

  3. hmm so im a veg. for 3 years

umm i dont know how to tell you to stop eating meat since its mostly a personal choice and if you do you have to gain a stong resistance if you have family/friends who are omnivores

and if you want to be healthy veg you can go to peta.org and find recipes and stuff they help you since your new to this and dont worry it easy if you are determined and love animals :]

and since you said tell you somthing so you would not eat meat anymore well heres  something i say to others who critize me and ask why i stop...: well i dont eat meat because i imagine eating my cat or dog and i dont liek that ;p

  4. Why do you want to be vegetarian?  It has to be your decision and for reasons that feel right for you.

But hey, hear about those Boy Scouts sickened by the tainted beef?  And how it was only AFTER people got sick that the company issued a recall?  Or was it two?  It would also be nice if runoff from factory "farms" didn't contaminate produce, though, so I wouldn't have to worry about my spinach, green onions, and tomatoes

There are many reasons people go vegetarian or even vegan.  One is because of the animal cruelty issue.  Go to www.cok.net for information.  If you live in North America, you can order a vegetarian starter guide from them.

Another is for health reasons.  Check out www.vrg.org for information.  You'll find out how to be a healthy vegetarian there.  www.pcrm.org works both the health and animal-rights sides.

More and more people are appalled at how meat production devastates the environment.  Go to www.biteglobalwarming.org for more information.

I'm actually vegan, and I feel it's the right thing for me.  I enjoy food far more than before I went veg.  I enjoy cooking and baking more.

Check out www.vegweb.com for recipes and www.happycow.net and www.vegdining.com for vegetarian and veg-friendly restaurants (and natural foods stores).

    Good luck!

  5. think about  all those poor animals that get slottered everyday!

  6. Okay, you want motivation? Watch this, all of it, don't squirm out.

now I'm not a very stong supporter of peta, I mean, i understand what they are trying to do, but, they go to extremes sometimes, and they always try to push their belifes on others, it's a lifestyle choice. No one can make that choice for you.

  7. I'm a vegetarian! Its really not that hard, just think about all the recalls, and how the animals ended up in the market :P. I became a vegetarian and the food actually tastes really good! Being a vegetarian can be hard at times but them i realize how good it is for the enviorment and me! If you do become a vegetarian, make sure you eat protein though it is hard to find when you don't eat meat. I recommend becoming a vegetarian it really isn't that bad!

  8. this will help you never eat meat again. hopefully:

PLEASE help us out. better yet, become a vegan! dairy cows and egg chickens get abused TOO!

  9. read the section of the book "Skinny *****" that talks about meat (thats what made me become a vegetarian) and then watch the documentary "Earthlings" ( this made me stop eating fish as well) both are the hardcore truth about animal slaughter. they really make you rethink eating meat
