O2 sim cards? need help!?

On the o2 site they advertised these sim cards where you top up either £10 or £15 to get either free texts or free texts and free calls. I got one sent to me and i read the booklet and it said it was automatically set up for it. So today i topped up £10 this was about 4hours ago now and it still hasnt been added to my balance. It says £0.. Im not sure if the balance has gone through and i will get my free stuff soon or if the top up didnt work . I topped up at the shop by the top up card and have a receipt. What should i do? I dont want to loose that £10 but its nowhere to be seen! Should i wait or email o2?

It can take up to 24hrs for the initial top up to go through and for your sim card to be activated.

Ring the helpline on your phone, go to your contacts list and press the up key it will give you the service numbers
