OBLIVION: Elder Scrolls IV for PC Trouble?

Question

In Oblivion i can't sleep or repair item because, it says there are enemies nearby. I've looked everywhere and can;t find any. I've even sent out a summoned creature and he doesn't find them. Does anyone know how i can make it stop. (The music that means an enemy is near is playing all the time too.)

run to the centre of the nearest town-if that doesn't work i cant help you

Try talking to someone like guards or try going back to where it started its probably a crab. Although if you have been using glitches thay may have caused it.
