OC'ing my pc more, can somebody help me with this?

mobo: GIGABYTE GA-945GZM-S2

cpu: c2d E4500 2.2ghz oc'd to 2.882ghz 262x11

ram: 2gb kingston pc2 6400 (800mhz)

others manage to oc their e4500 to 3.2ghz.

but mine does not boot if i set it to 290x11 or basically 3.2ghz

any reasons on how i can oc it to 3.2ghz

or why i can't oc it to 3.2ghz

What sort of cooling solution are you using? it's likely that people reporting clocking a 4500 to 3.2 are using some serious after-market cooling solutions and not the stock intel fan and h/s
