  1. Man i know EXACTLY what you are going through.  I have been through it many times.  Its like how can something that makes you feel so good, make things so horrible when its gone.  Anyways, yea it is best to go through it cold turkey.  I was on suboxone treatment for a while for my opiate addiction and that just costs money and lengthens the process but withdrawal from suboxone is significantly less than oxys or heroin so its worth it, i guess.  Not to get off topic, i takes about two weeks for the withdrawal symptons to subside.  For a LONG time, you will always feel like you want to get high or like you can't be happy or productive without being high but that's something you have to battle yourself.  I feel for you and its not easy, just remember anytime you feel like c**p and dont want to do anything just jump up grab your keys and go out and do something!  The best way to deal with it is drink ALOT of fluids and stay active.  Make to walk or jog or exercise about an hour a day to get the stuff out  your system.  Its the half-life of the chemical that stays with you and makes it tough.

Get some sleepMD and take a couple of those and get some sleep.  I know it sucks not being able to sleep but it goes away in a few days.  Just make sure your room is cool, dark, and you got some nice, comfortable pillows.  Try stretching your muscles to make it easier to relax.  Put on a good movie with a sleep timer, pop some sleeping pills and out you go!  Hope this helps!  Feel free to email me if you want to talk about staying clean.  Good luck!
