OC transpo..who will the bus driver know when to let me off?..can I get off before the actual destination?

Your going to need a stopwatch and a hamster with a tiny brass bell. The hamster will ring the bell to let the bus know to stop and let you off.

ring the bell to let him know your stop is coming up or before you stop politely tell the driver you like to get off before your stop and if its safe he will let you off

You never been on the bus?

When you get on, you can tell the bus driver that it is your first time and your destination.  If you stand or sit near driver, the most driver will be nice enough to let you know.
