  1. playing music is a cool thing...why the cold feet now? if you're spending more than you should, then it's better late than never to undo it.

    But if it's not the cash, get it and play it everyday...enjoy it. I bought a Peruvian Flute "Quena" (while in Oaxaca), and I do not regret it at all. I have so much fun with it.
