  3. With most Coat-of-Arms you must be very careful, as the majority of those found today are not of true Coat-of-Arms nature. The true ones originated back before the 1300's in history.  Most that are found today are from the mid-1700's, and usually the names/standards were created BY a family, not necessarily ones created by the monarchy to state status or wealth of that particular family line.
