  1. Don't worry, if anyone noticed they will have forgotten about it soon, and just remember in the future to wear dark coloured trousers!

  2. That happened to me in highschool on the day I had to dress up nicely, and I dont remember exactly what the day was for I just remember dressing up real nice and walking in a line and a girl telling me I had a stain. Nobody ever said anything about it again tho, and that same girl ended up bleeding on a chair in a crowded room where everyone saw and it was a big comotion, much worse.

  3. OMG~

Don't sweat it There are a couple things you should remember while on ur period!!

    1)NEVER wear white pants

2)Check yourself as much as you need to

    3) If you feel like your bleeding- GO check!

No one will remmeber- it will blow over!!

Good luck and I'm sorry it happend to you

  4. Don't worry about it. It happens. If no one said anything, hopefully no one saw. Just be careful what you wear when you're on your period next time.

  5. This is awful and has happened, believe it or not, to almost every woman out there - you are not the first and you certainly won't be the last.

  6. Oh, that happened to me 3 weeks ago on my first day of high school! I didn't even know many people...I just put my book bag straps really low so my book bag covered "down there", but i was wearing dark capris so i don't think anyone noticed.

I'm really sorry, but everybody is most likely to forget in a few days.

  7. no worries it will soon be a thing of the past try not to dwell or bring it up too much

oh and next time u might want to get longer pads.. juuust to be on the safe side

  8. Don't worry about it! Just forgot it.

  9. If no one said anything there isnt much you can do. Just hope no one noticed and forget about it. Worrying about it woun't change anything

  10. ohhhh that sucks. for me i started carrying either a long sleeve  shirt to wrap around just in case or you could keep a extra pair of jeans in your locker.

to get over the embarrassment... every girl has dealt with this at one point or another. the person that noticed it probably told you because they would have been embarrassed if it happened to them. kind of like hooking your skirt into your underwear. if someone doesn't tell you how will you know. be grateful they told you.

  11. it's okay...that's happened to me a couple times...

anyone who saw it, including you, will forget pretty soon anyways...

  12. Sorry to hear that! But, its more common that you think. And like a few have said already people will get over it. I bled through my pants in my husband(then boyfriend) new car seat!! Your going to be ok, you'll laugh about it later on, I promise!

  13. If no one said anything to you I wouldnt worry so much about it.

Just make sure and wear dark pants on the week AF comes! It'll make you more secure when going to school.

  14. Im sure every girl that might have noticed that has had this happen to them.

  15. =) I remember the 1st time I got my period. I had no warning and lets just say I had a spot being then 1 inch, but you know what if no one said anything to you don't beat yourself up about it. It happens to the best of us. When you go to school tomorrow just pretend as if nothing ever happened or if someone does say something just laugh about it. It will blow over faster and people tend to not be able to make fun of others who can make fun of themselves.

  16. Honey, in a week everybody will forget it. Just be sure to check yourself more often in the future and NEVER wear white pants when you're on your period!!!

EDIT: Just to make you feel better, I'll tell you about my first period. It was on a flight from Columbus, Ohio to Van Couver, British Columbia, Canada. I was 13 and wore a brand new pair of white capris. Well I fell asleep on the plane and when I woke up I had to pee and I went into that tiny plane bathroom and I was COVERED in blood. Everybody on the plane saw, and I couldn't even get away because we were thousands of feet in the air. My mom didn't even have a pad, it was horrible. Honey, it could have been worse!

  17. If someone saw it, someone would have passed it on, and someone else would have told you or made fun of you. People will forget about it anyway, there are plenty more days and more embarrassing things that will go on. Remember to keep track of when your period comes and goes. Try not to wear light colored pants during your cycle and be sure to check often. Good luck.

  18. oh no.  I know how it is.  When I was a girl I had that happen to me a few times.  I always and still do bleed very heavy.   Most likely no one even saw it.  Especially if your friends didn't mention it to you.  Even if they did see it, they'll forget about it shortly.  Just remember from now on (and I am sure you will from now lol) when you are on your period to go to the restroom between classes to check and change if needed.

  19. This happens to everyone at least once.

Take heart in the fact that most of your classmates are either (1) looking at your face or (2) worried about other people staring at something they find embarrassimg about themselves.

    It's ok.  Truly.

    All the best.

  20. Dont worry that happened to me once.

If next time you have any best friends that you can trust tell them maybe they can help ;)

Just next time dont wear light pants, its like when you wear light pants that always happens for some reason but just trust me every1 will forget eventually.. -__-

  21. sweetie we have all been there... ask mommy for tampons they are very leak controlled and they are comfortable, try regulars because if you are young then u are probably not big enough for anything else and um don't wear white pants and change your pad more and place it higher in ur undies to prevent it from leaking.

    *good luck sweetie*

  22. Just try to forget about it.  It happens to every one.  Try to get to the bathroom as often as you can to change.  If you periods are really heavy, wear a tampon and a pad, that way you have double protection until you can change.  If you teachers don't let you go to the bathroom, go to the nurse and tell her that you periods are really heavy and you need to change often and she can give you a note saying to let you go to the nurse or bathroom each class. Other than that, wear dark pants and long shirts?!

  23. That is soooo not a big deal.

    Let's see:

    1. You were wearing a pad.

    2. You were wearing a long shirt.

    3. No one saw, or they would have said something.

  24. if someone says something to u, act like its the most natural thing in the world....that ya u bleed sometimes....ur human after all. that works....put them in the tight spot that they dont know what they r talking bout

  25. It would be really rude to say something to you about it.  I would just let it be.  Most likely no one saw it anyways.  Best advice...NEVER wear light pants right before or during your period.  I don't get my period anymore because I take Loestran birth control pill.  Take everyday month after month!

  26. Calm down.  I know how stressful and embarrassing those situations are, but it has or will happen to every girl out there!  If anyone noticed, they will surely forget it soon:).

By the way, lol, a sweatshirt is always a good idea on those days....you can also keep a pair of extra pants, pads, sweatshirt in your locker, just in case:)

  27. Really, don't worry about it. It happens to lots of girls. I leaked once really bad at school. Like all over. Yeah. It was gross. But you know, maybe no one even noticed your little spot. And even if they did, its not like the whole school is going to shun you. I guess just make sure next time you catch it before it leaks!

  28. omg wow that would be scary, but as someone said, don't wear white pants when on ur period, and also, no one is going to remember after like a few days, and plus, you know what allllllways makes me feel better??? Well that it's a big world, and there are some people who just had the EXACT same thing as you, and some people, who had worse!!!!!!!! Think that your lucky it was small, what if it started leaking through, what if you were wearing a skirt , that's right, so don't sweat it, and pretend like it never happened. ♥

  29. Gah, this happened to me once -- I bled right through my jeans on my first period in sophomore year of high school and the school nurse wouldn't give me a change of shorts or anything despite my pants being SOAKED with blood (and every time i sat down i left a smudge of blood).  Trust me, if no one said anything to you during school then no one noticed!

  30. I doubt anyone noticed it.

It used to happen to me in HS and I used to freak out..but really no one notices..

next time wear a pad with your tampon if you don't think they'll let you out of class or you think you might bleed through.

Even if they did notice. Some girl will give someone head in the boys locker room or something, and that will be what they all talk about..dont sweat it..it happens to every girl at least once.

  31. just check yourself more often........

try pushing your pad back farther, since most of the time you'll be sitting.......

also you can stuff some tissue around the pad, just for extra protection.....

if you're ever going to wear white, what i do is that i wear something under it, kinda like under-armour spandex........then it won't leak through
