OK, I need help saving Pics?

Question

Whenever i right-click a photo the menu comes up to save picture as...

i click it and nothing happens, shouldn't there be a prompt to tell you which folder to save it under?

PLZ... help me, do i need to DL something to fix it?

When you click on "save as" you should see a box appear on your screen....This box will have a bar window at top...with a tiny arrow along right side...You click on that and,browse  to pick a place for saving the pictures>>

Along bottom of the box you should see a bar window with same type of tiny arrow...You click on that and browse for naming the picture and the format you want to save it as   .jpg or
